Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ from the Faith In Christ Family Church. We are thrilled to welcome you to our online home, where faith, community, and love intersect. Our church name, inspired by Ephesians 2:8-9, embodies the essence of our belief—that our salvation is a gift from God, received through faith alone.
Here at Faith In Christ Family Church, we are known as ‘FCF Family.’ The church has truly been gifted by God with such amazing families for the church itself treats the whole congregation as a unit of family. Our desire is to provide effective ministry to every person of every age from all walks of life. From the moment you visit for the first time, we hope that you sense the love that fills our hearts. More importantly, we hope that we are able to show you our Lord’s heart. The Bible says that Jesus came to earth because “God so loved the world.” Our prayer is that through this ministry you may come to understand this great love more perfectly. Please give us the opportunity to minister to you – from our hearts to yours! Regardless of where you find yourself in life right now, we just want you to know that God is always there for you, and so are we. Our Sunday service is open to everyone whether you’re a committed follower of Jesus Christ or if you’re still trying to figure things out. Either way, you can expect to be treated with love and respect. We believe our attitude should be what the Apostle Paul expressed in I Cor. 2: 4-5, "And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." Our vision is to be faithful to God till He comes and to reach others for Christ by obeying the great commission as commanded in Acts 1:8. We are thankful for the wonderful people God has given our church. Church HISTORY
Faith In Christ Family Church traces its roots back to October 2020 when Rev. Pastor Teodoro Padua and his wife, Associate Pastor Maria Padua, embarked on a mission to expand Christ's Kingdom and lead others to Him. This vision emerged from humble beginnings, as the congregation initially gathered for Bible study in early 2019 under Pastor Teodoro Padua's guidance. Starting with just four members, including two backsliders, the Bible study group steadily grew to encompass ten individuals, laying the foundation for the birth of Faith In Christ Family Church.
Since its inception, the church has experienced significant growth and development. It has welcomed new members into its fold, conducted regular worship services, and fostered spiritual growth through in-home and online virtual Bible studies. The congregation has also established a network of prayers and life-groups, initiated ministries for care and prayer, actively engaged in community services, and cultivated meaningful relationships within the community.
Throughout its journey, Faith In Christ Family Church has remained steadfast in its commitment to advancing God's Kingdom and enriching the spiritual lives of its members. With each step forward, the church continues to fulfill its mission of spreading the message of faith, hope, and love to all who seek it.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Appointed by God to enrich all ages in their walks with Christ. Our driving primary goal, which is derived from the biblical Saving Grace in Ephesians 2:8. Everything else flows from this. It defines what we are trying to do as decreed by Apostle Paul through our Lord Jesus Christ, and our fundamental purpose in life. This will likely never change for Faith In Christ, Family Church (FCF) principles. We are committed to and charged by our Mission.
Our VISION:
We see ourselves progressing as a family with a growing commitment…, to be a movement and channel of the people of God gathering around the central figure of Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, living out His way in our areas and inviting others to do the same. As a family called by grace and led by God's Word, we seek to welcome all people as part of God's kingdom work, both locally and globally, by prayerfully extending the praises of Christ to our neighbors and communities.
Our vision is to be an innovative and vibrant church centered in the gospel of Jesus Christ, forming faithful servant leaders bold in public witness and action in welcoming serving environments that are FCF in focus, radical hospitality in practice, and led by grace. We are a church organized around the mission of Jesus: to know, love and serve Him, as we seek to make more disciples. We do three primary things: Worship, Life Groups and Service. Worship is our connection with God. Life Groups are our connection with people. Service is our connection with the world. Our focus is to center on Jesus and make Him known by engaging our community so that new people may come to know Jesus and interacting with our culture so that what we do is relevant and builds what Jesus calls “The Kingdom of God.”
Our Core Value:
Unity in Christ: The members of Faith In Christ, Family Church are bound together as one Body in Christ, striving to live a life worthy of our calling with one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all. Unity in Spirit demands humility, obedience, patience, respect, compassion, and love that covers all.
Worship and Praise: The members of Faith In Christ Family Church covenant to worship God through prayer, praise, honor and thanksgiving. Our corporate worship includes preaching, music, prayer, and giving. Together we gather before the Lord in hopes of personal transformation.
Teaching and Preaching: The members of Faith In Christ Family Church, devoted to the Word of God, use our gifts to share the salvation message of repentance and forgiveness. As followers of Christ, we faithfully and sincerely proclaim His compassion and love to each other and to the entire world. Our goal is a transformed will and a committed heart in service of Jesus Christ. We prayerfully and deliberately spread God’s Word by reaching out in love and faith, preaching, teaching and baptizing so that all have the opportunity of receiving salvation through the Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name.
Giving, Missions and Ministry: The members of Faith In Christ Family Church cheerfully offer their time, spiritual gifts, and financial resources to honor Christ and to support and advance His Kingdom through Missions and Ministry. Spiritual giving demonstrates love, faith, and devotion to God and others in accordance to what we have been given.
Fellowship: The members of Faith In Christ, Family Church are committed and accountable to one another in Christian fellowship as we share joys and burdens; prayers and praise; giving and receiving both spiritual and material blessings. We share Christ with all persons as we are led by His Holy Spirit reflecting God’s light in the world.
Prayer: The members of Faith In Christ, Family Church are devoted to corporate and individual prayer. We seek to know God’s will through adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication. We commit to joyful, constant, compassionate, and attentive communion with God.
